Philosophy
The aloha spirit is much more than greetings and salutations, it is an attitude toward life in general. Much like the word 'namaste', aloha is an acknowledgement among people that they honor the light and energy within each other. It is a mellow, non judgmental, peaceful way of being that Hawaiians have lived for centuries. The aloha way combines the principles of traditional fitness training with the 8 limbs of yoga, with a majority being placed on the limb of asana or posture. This concept of mind and body personal training allow students to bring their health and fitness to a whole new level by teaching them to ground themselves in their own goals and not conform to the motivations of a shallow society. I invite you to begin this journey to health and wellness of your mind and body with the spirit of aloha.
