Painting and Drawing
When I began creating art I did mostly pencil and charcoal drawings and then painting. I decided not to take painting classes at CSUCI because I felt it was something I could easily do anytime, anywhere, unlike sculpture that offered me a kiln, foundry and welding machine! While I find myself focused mainly on sculpture these days, painting has been something that will always just be there, at my fingertips whenever my soul is in need of it. Christophe Bourely was my first drawing teacher and turns out, a great inspirational source.
